How to change sedentary behaviour and improve your health without going to the gym?

The Dutch are world champions when it comes to sedentary behaviour. When it comes to exercise and health, people often think of the gym. However, the importance of moderate vigorous activity often is underestimated. How do you get out of your chair more often and how does this improve your health? Would you like to know:

  • How you can exercise more even if you prefer not to go to the gym?
  • Why exercise is important for your physical and mental well-being?
  • What is the importance of moderate vigorous exercise?
  • What effect exercise has on your immune system?

During this session we will discuss the importance of exercise illustrated with good examples, what the norms & effects are and how you can get moving together with others.
